The Management and Business Studies CD-ROM uses a very different approach, stressing interpersonal skills and how they can work for students. Humour, strong visuals and creative animation speak to young, energetic audiences about career directions, strengths, goals, employers' expectations and changes in the new marketplace.

Overall, high school graduates throughout Ontario are encouraged to come to Fleming, which has substantially increased enrollment.
